Tenille Turner-Trigg | Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig LLP

Tenille Turner-Trigg began her career with Butler in 2002 as the Human Resources Coordinator, bringing three years of HR and Management experience with her. She worked her way to become the Human Resources Manager in 2008, and then advanced to the Human Resources Director position in 2016. On January 1, 2025, Tenille was promoted to the Chief Operating Officer of the Firm. She continues to manage all functions of the Human Resources Department and remains actively involved with this department, ensuring the firm’s commitment to foster a supportive and engaging work environment for all employees. As the COO, Tenille oversees the firm’s strategic operations, streamlining processes, and driving initiatives to ensure continued growth and success. She demonstrates a steadfast commitment to excellence, a passion for building people, and a vision for creating a workplace where everyone can thrive.

Tenille is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and has been a member of the HR Tampa Chapter since 2012. She is also a member of the Association of Legal Administrators and the National Association of Professional Women.

Tenille is a graduate of National Louis University, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management in 1998.

When Tenille is not tending to her professional duties, she enjoys spending time with her family, visiting Tampa Bay’s beautiful beaches, reading, and engaging in outdoor activities.
