We are proud to announce that Benjamin Fresby, an attorney in our Tampa office, has been named our newest Senior Associate, as selected by the firm’s Executive Committee.
Ben has consistently demonstrated strong advocacy, legal insight, and a deep commitment to client service in his work focusing on extra-contractual claims and coverage defense. He represents insurance carriers in coverage disputes, extra-contractual litigation, and pre-suit claim management.
A Tampa Bay native, Ben earned his B.S. in Healthcare Administration from the University of South Florida. He later received his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, where he was recognized as the top trial advocate in his class. His legal training includes externships with the Office of the State Attorney and the U.S. District Court.
