  • Construction and Design – Claim Handling 101
    • Presented by Denise Anderson (Managing Partner, Butler) and Glen Mangold (Practice Group Leader, Allianz) as they discuss how the construction industry is experiencing an increase in claims driven by project complexity, labor shortages, inflation, supply chain disruptions, and evolving technology. 
  • Project Risk Management
    • Presented by Denise Anderson (Managing Partner, Butler) and George Green (Partner, Freeman Mathis & Gary), this session will cover the core principles of construction risk management, common types of construction risks, and how to identify, assess, and address them. In addition, the course will cover the benefits of risk management concepts employed by construction companies as an enterprise philosophy and for specific construction projects.
