Geoffrey Waguespack presented the webinar “Data Center Fires – Working Through the Cloud of Potential Liabilities in a Subrogation Recovery Pursuit” on July 23, 2019 for the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP).
This webinar explored the challenges of subrogation recovery for data center fires, with a focus on four key components: power, cooling, maintenance, and fire suppression. The webinar explained the critical elements of each of those components and explore issues that could arise during and after the buildout process that could later lead to a fire, as well as potential failures in fire suppression.
