This recall involves Michael’s private brand Ashland 3-tier Haunted Townhouse candle holders. The candleholders were sold in black, measure about 20 inches tall and have two columns of three vertically stacked candle holders.
Michaels has received reports of tea light candles igniting the candle holder.
This recall is something that all subrogation professionals should make note of.
