Modine Manufacturing Company has recalled its Airedale Heating and Cooling Ventilation Fans due to a defect in the heat pump ventilation fan motor: water can cause the motor to short-circuit, leading to overheating and a fire hazard. Goal Zero has also recalled its YETI 3000X Power Stations due to a defect in the circuit board that can overheat, posing a fire and burn hazard.
