Tala North America has issued a recall for its Muse Portable Lamps due to a potential fire hazard. The recall affects models with batch codes 01/21, 01/22, 01/23, and 01/24, as an electronic malfunction may cause the lamp’s lightbulb to fail and its lithium battery to overheat. The lamps, which come in brass, green, white, blue, red, black, and pink, measure about 13 inches by 5 inches by 5.5 inches.
Additionally, GoveeLife and Govee smart electric space heaters are also being recalled due to fire and burn risks. Imported by Govee, these space heaters have been found to overheat, particularly through wireless control features that do not meet the industry’s voluntary UL 1278 safety standards. Affected models include H7130, H7130101, H7131, H7132, H7133, H7134, and H7135. The heaters, available in black and white, range from 9 to 26 inches in height.
Wolf Appliance has recalled its Dual Fuel Ranges with infrared griddles, citing burn and fire hazards. The issue occurs when liquids spill over, potentially causing the griddle to turn on unexpectedly due to a short circuit. This recall affects models in stainless steel, white, or black, with widths of 36, 48, and 60 inches.
Lastly, Quad Lock has recalled its MAG Battery Pack wireless portable chargers due to overheating risks that pose a fire hazard. These compact, black battery packs measure about three inches long by two inches wide, with “Quad Lock” stamped on the front and the model number on the back.
