The firm is pleased to announce that Terisha Marksman Bailey is the latest recipient of the STEP Award, demonstrating Service, Teamwork, Excellence and Principles. Terisha is a Legal Assistant working in the firm’s casualty defense department and is recognized for her dedication to client service and ability to provide clients with the help and assurance they need when interacting with the firm’s attorneys.
Recently, Terisha was instrumental in assisting the casualty department in reassigning a large number of complex files. Clients have commented on her reassuring demeanor and ability to get things done. She is always going above and beyond in making sure the firm’s clients receive excellent care. Terisha embodies Service, Teamwork and the firm’s Principles, and we are happy to name her a STEP Award winner.
