Carol Serrano is the Practice Technology & Support Director and has been with the firm since 2001, where she started as a paralegal. Carol is responsible for spearheading the Litigation Support department. She has a vital role in educating staff, creating and implementing processes firm-wide to ensure an efficient and effective workplace, and advising the firm on preferred methods of organizing its practices and matters. She provides the most cost-effective process and technology solutions, and then effectively manages the delivery and successful use of those solutions.
Embracing technology and taking on a vast leadership role, Carol’s responsibilities also include managing several groups at the Firm. Carol provides leadership, support and motivation for the training, records management, litigation support, and Help Desk.
