Jennifer and Tracy will co-present Corporate Representative Deposition Boot Camp, a comprehensive session focused on the structure of first-party property coverage depositions. The course will offer effective preparation strategies and practical tips to ensure confident, informed testimony. Additionally, Jennifer will join Daniel Frates, Senior Professional Engineer at SDII Global, LLC, to co-present How to Utilize Expert Witnesses/Consultants. This session explores how attorneys and litigation adjusters can strategically leverage experts to evaluate claims, educate clients, and support mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
