Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig, LLP, presented a 1-hour webinar on Covid-19 and property insurance policies. Butler partner Clark Schirle discussed coverage issues. He provided an overview of cases filed to date, discussing and analyzing specific allegations and common themes he is seeing in the complaints. He will also address court opinions that have been highlighted by policyholder attorneys in papers and blogs around the country.

Finally, Mr. Schirle provided insights into how to manage, investigate, and respond to Covid-19 claims.
